Service Sales Specialist - Bioprocess

We need a self‑motivated professional who can help commercialize bioprocess services and support customers in advancing research and therapeutics.
What You’ll Do
Meet growth and revenue targets in an assigned sales territory, generating proposals, preparing quotations, and communicating the value of services to prospects.
Engage in consultative technical discussions to identify customer needs and provide appropriate service solutions, building strong relationships with key buying influences.
Respond to customer inquiries for spare parts, system upgrades, and other non‑contract service solutions, coordinating with sales and engineering teams.
Manage the sales funnel and capture service sales opportunities in Salesforce.
Travel up to 30% for internal meetings and customer sites.
Who You Are
2‑year technical degree, 2 years of technical military experience, or 2‑year college degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience with bioprocess systems, bioreactors or filtration systems.
At least 2 years in a customer‑interfacing role in a technical, sales, or support capacity.
Extensive knowledge of service products and equipment modalities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated in prior work.
Remote Work This position may be performed remotely from home. Additional information about the remote work arrangement will be provided during the interview process.
Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $85,000 – $105,000 (subject to change). Bonus and incentive pay may also apply.
Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
