What You’ll Be Doing
Apartment Matchmaker – greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
Tour Guide with a Twist – show off our beautiful, move‑in‑ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
Resident Cheerleader – build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.
Leasing Rockstar – work closely with your team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top‑notch.
Renewal Expert – help current residents renew their leases because they can’t imagine living anywhere else.
What We Offer
Competitive Pay + Commissions – earn anywhere from $25 to $100 per lease, paid monthly.
Full‑time Flexibility – work on our busiest days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sunday/holiday.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales required.
Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes.
Physical Requirements
Expected work hours: Must work on the heaviest traffic days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and Sundays on an as‑needed basis) and holidays during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly.
Leasing Consultants will be scheduled according to Company guidelines and standards and must approve their schedules with their supervisor.
Travel: None.
Work environment and physical demands:
General office environment, ability to lift or move items up to 10 pounds.
Able to move about the property to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities, including sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, and climbing stairs in various weather conditions and climates.
