Job Description Are you a motivated professional with established healthcare or senior care connections? Ready to leverage your network and generate immediate business opportunities? We’re looking for an Account Executive to play a pivotal role in expanding our trusted home health care services.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage your existing professional network to identify and secure new referral sources and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
Clearly communicate the value of our home health services to prospective clients and referral partners.
Manage your sales pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed growth targets.
Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and an excellent client experience.
Stay current on healthcare industry trends and referral patterns to identify new opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated success as an Account Executive or in a similar business development role within healthcare, senior care, or related industries.
Established, active network of healthcare professionals and referral sources.
Self-starter who can generate new business independently from day one.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Collaborative team player with a passion for helping others.
Commitment to improving patient outcomes through excellent service.
