Role Overview We are seeking a
Part-Time Executive / Personal Real Estate Assistant
to provide high-level administrative, operational, and personal support. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on organization, discretion, and anticipating needs.
This is a
hybrid position , based in Holmdel, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted point of support for day-to-day business and administrative operations
Manage calendars, scheduling, and time-blocking priorities
Coordinate client communications, follow-ups, and appointment logistics
Maintain accurate records, files, and CRM data
Assist with listing preparation, marketing coordination, and transaction support
Help manage workflows, deadlines, and task prioritization
Provide general office and light personal support to ensure seamless daily operations
Ideal Candidate Profile
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience with real estate operations, CRM systems, or administrative support preferred
Proficiency with common office software and technology tools
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or real estate assistant preferred
Real estate license or industry experience is a plus (not required)
