Supervise and evaluate data processing and quality assurance activities for the National Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program (NBCCEDP) Conduct data quality analyses and present recommendations for process improvements Review and audit claims for accuracy and compliance with program regulations Train and support new team members on data entry protocols and coding procedures Lead weekly huddles and present at quarterly meetings with contractors What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a medical biller/coder Certification in Medical Billing and Coding preferred Strong understanding of CPT codes and Medicare regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Science Experience with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Lean methodologies Familiarity with CMS Medicaid & Medicare authorized billing codes Ability to present information effectively on a statewide level Experience in a diverse, multicultural work environment Equal Opportunity Statement
