Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store.

Coaching and mentoring the sales team to achieve customer service and sales targets.

Carry out start‑ and end‑of‑day cash reconciliation and manage opening and closing of the store on a rota basis.

Deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to meet all sales and customer service targets.

Qualifications

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.

Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.

Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.

Previous retail operations experience (cash reconciliation, opening/closing) is desirable.

Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others, is desirable.

Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.

Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
