As part of the Store Management Team, the Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Summary As a member of the Store Management Team, the Sales Supervisor ensures the highest level of customer engagement, meets sales targets, and supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations. Responsibilities include coaching the team, maintaining operational standards, managing payroll within guidelines, and ensuring compliance with loss‑prevention and financial audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to overall store success by meeting sales goals and achieving individual sales targets.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by styling and wardrobe recommendations tailored to each customer.

Set a customer‑engagement example that exceeds industry standards.

Build client relationships and promote brand excitement through proactive outreach.

Train, coach, and motivate associates to achieve maximum sales productivity.

Lead the store team and serve as the expert on company culture, operations, and policies.

Assist with payroll management to ensure coverage meets business needs.

Implement directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.

Maintain open communication with Store Manager regarding employee relations, day‑to‑day operations, and compliance matters.

Represent the brand, ensuring team members embody the brand in all interactions.

Enforce Loss Prevention policies, assist with audits and inventories, and protect the store from shortage.

Required Skills

Strong leadership ability and initiative.

Effective verbal and written communication.

Problem‑solving and decision‑making prowess.

Ability to operate a cash register accurately and adhere to cash‑handling procedures.

Education / Experience

Two or more years of professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail, with at least one year of supervisory experience.

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements

Repetitive hand motion while operating a cash register or computer.

Regular interaction with the public in a crowded, noisy store environment.

Standing required for the entire work shift.

Use of office equipment (computer, phone, fax, scanner, copier).

Must work weekend and night shifts.

Climb ladders as needed.

Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds.
