The Regional Sales Manager will drive business growth in Central Eastern Europe by identifying new leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales for Syntegon’s Pharma Solid (PHS).
Responsibilities
Drive business growth by managing existing accounts and identifying and developing new leads for Pharma Solid equipment, systems solutions and services. (e.g., granulation, tablet compression, encapsulation, tablet & pellet coating, and continuous manufacturing systems).
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing, ensuring alignment with Syntegon’s policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, CDMOs, and nutraceutical companies on all stakeholder levels.
Collaborate with Syntegon’s global Centers of Competence and regional teams to deliver tailored solutions and technical support.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, participate in global and regional trade shows, develop and execute regional market strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Engineering, Business, Pharmaceuticals or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment/technology sales within pharmaceutical/nutraceutical or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
Proficiency in Polish and English languages; additional language skills are an advantage.
Availability for frequent travel within the region of responsibility.
