Virtual Sales Specialist

Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Salary: $60,000.00–$125,000.00

We are seeking a talented Virtual Sales Specialist to join our Deployment Solutions team and partner with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry.
Responsibilities
Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers, delivering effective sales presentations.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions—including calls, emails, and appointments—in the CRM system.
Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to health‑care professionals and office staff using educational resources and support materials.
Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional virtual communication with health‑care professionals and office staff.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree (minimum requirement).
Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a history of documented success.
Expert selling skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
Experience in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Psychology experience and at least 1 year of specialty sales experience.
Virtual sales experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, with the ability to quickly learn and convey complex product information to healthcare professionals.
Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
