Our Clinical Outreach team members are the lifeblood of our business; they know our product, partners, and patients better than anyone. In this role, you’ll be joining a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated wholeheartedly to our mission. You’ll build relationships with clinical partners across super‑regions and provide much‑needed resources to thousands of people struggling with their mental health. You'll be a champion of Charlie Health and ensure that every possible patient, parent, and provider can access our programs. Own, manage, and expand relationships with existing referral sources across priority markets to continue to drive growth Monitor inbound referrals and communicate with relevant parties to provide visibility into the referral to admission process Maintain constant dialogue with referral sources when clients are referred to keep them updated throughout the referral process Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go‑forward marketing and product strategies Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goal Requirements
Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone (US) Must be fluent in English You have 2+ years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPI’s Polished interpersonal, relationship‑building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast‑paced, fluid environment Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools Benefits

Remote, Eastern Time Zone. Total base compensation $65,000–$70,000 per year. Target performance‑based bonus. Pay determined individually based on location and experience. Our Values
