Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory Cultivate relationships with prospective customers to drive sales growth and expand market presence Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the education or publishing industry Familiarity with market dynamics and competitive landscape Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience with telecommuting software such as Zoom, WebEx, or Microsoft Teams We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
