Energetic Leasing Agent (Full-Time)
We're seeking a motivated, sales-savvy Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. You'll be the first point of contact for potential residents, guiding them from their first call to signing their lease and beyond, helping us achieve our occupancy goals and maintain resident satisfaction.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide detailed, persuasive tours of our community.
Effectively manage the leasing process, from guest card entry to lease signing and move-in coordination.
Maintain accurate records of traffic, leads, and applications using our property management software.
Collaborate with the team to ensure resident needs are met and renewal goals are achieved.
Uphold Fair Housing laws and company standards at all times.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or property leasing (a huge plus!).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in multitasking.
A positive, "can-do" attitude.
Proficiency with computer systems and RealPage.
