Customer Service Specialists
to join their team. As a representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with identifying available programs. This role involves interacting with customers over the phone in a call center environment, providing empathetic support, and guiding them through available options. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and offering assistance with any concerns. Evaluate customers' situations to determine eligibility for various assistance programs. Walk customers through the application process for relief programs. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and financial assessments. Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Meet performance targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and program enrollment. Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex information in a clear, empathetic manner. Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess financial information effectively. Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred. Professionalism in handling sensitive customer information. A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others. Basic computer proficiency. Full-time, in office position. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexible hours may be required to meet customer needs. Competitive pay based on experience.
