The Skills You Need:
Hold a high school diploma or GED
1+ year of call center or customer service experience
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Basic technical knowledge or aptitude
Solid computer skills and familiarity with software/hardware operations
Ability to multitask effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Your Service Superpowers:
Answer incoming calls and emails, following up on previous customer issues.
Document call details, installation notes, and product information.
Research product/part information and maintain records using web-based systems.
Make warranty-related decisions for water heating and related equipment.
