Job Description:
Answer incoming sales calls
Schedule test drive appointments
Stop the clock and answer internet sales inquires
Follow up with previous customers
Answer captivated texting sales questions
Ensure customer contact is maintained in a timely manner for all internet sales customers
To be available for continual training in Sales
Manifest list calls
Ensure CRM data is correct for all customers
We need this from you:
Quality and friendly phone skills
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems
Ability to use camera equipment for video recording and smartphone applications
Ability to learn quicklyKnowledge of general computer applications
Career-minded and looking for a place to call home
A positive attitude and the ability to spread it to others
Minimum 90 calls per shift
