Shipping & Receiving Associate
at our Landisville distribution center.
This is a hands‑on position responsible for managing daily shipping and receiving operations. We’re looking for a reliable, organized professional with strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all shipping and receiving functions, including unloading, staging, and verifying incoming materials
Prepare outgoing shipments with proper packaging, labeling, and documentation
Coordinate incoming and outgoing freight, including carrier scheduling and paperwork
Ensure timely order fulfillment and address any delays or discrepancies
Maintain quality control standards related to shipping accuracy and documentation
Follow and promote safety procedures throughout the warehouse
Communicate with internal departments to support production schedules and customer needs
Requirements:
Prior warehouse or logistics experience (shipping/receiving experience preferred)
Basic computer and math skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed
