Base pay range $20.00/hr – $22.00/hr
Position Purpose The Home Depot Pro Customer Service/Sales Team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for professional customers, including contractors, property owners, and commercial clients. The team supports every stage of the Pro customer journey, from efficient order fulfillment and safe loading to expert product recommendations and tailored delivery solutions. Pro Customer Service/Sales Team members build and maintain professional relationships, proactively drive sales by leveraging product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations, while providing outstanding service based on unique project needs. They are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store. Whether assisting at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, or offering specialized paint and product knowledge, the team helps ensure every Pro customer’s project is a success.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Pro customers at the Pro Desk, providing expert product recommendations and tailored delivery solutions.
Load materials safely and efficiently, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
Manage deliveries and resolve delivery issues, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to monitor inventory, execute sales initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
Proactively drive sales by leveraging loyalty programs and product knowledge while meeting monthly sales goals.
Maintain professional relationships and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors.
Use bilingual communication skills where required based on customer need.

Pro Sales Associate – $21.00/hr
Pro Account Sales Associate – $22.00/hr
Pro Lot Loader – $20.00/hr
Pro Delivery Driver – $22.00/hr
