Lead Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

Hiring immediately for a lead sales associate / customer service representative in the health and wellness industry. We are looking for fantastic sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This person will follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty. The Lead WMA will be responsible for lead management, outreach, and conversion as well as client experience and retention.
Benefits
Pay up to $20 per hour depending on experience
Bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers
A complimentary monthly massage at the studio
A commission structure for wellness plan sales, with opportunities to earn up to $750 in additional bonuses
Qualifications
Manages lead outreach and contacts prospective members
Works with Marketing Team on best practices for lead conversion strategies
Customer‑service oriented with a focus on member retention
Results‑oriented, metrics driven
1+ years of Sales experience preferred
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask
Outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to internal personnel and customers
Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project‑management skills
Capability to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
MindBody Software experience a plus
