The Respiratory business is one of the largest in the world, with over 50 years of investment and innovation in asthma and COPD. The Specialty Sales team manages key growth‑oriented products in this portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Provide scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to specialist customers supporting GSK biologic products.

Understand reimbursement and distribution landscape, and refer customers to appropriate internal resources (payer relations managers, HUB, headquarters approved materials). Ensure compliance with GSK guidelines.

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of severe asthma therapeutic area.

Deliver product educational programs and in‑services to customers.

Develop strategies and tactics to generate sales and manage allocated resources, including financial.

Collaborate with marketing, payer relations managers, medical, and other functions within GSK.

Provide outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries and needs.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Domestic travel as required (up to 30 % overnight travel).

Valid driver’s license and willingness to operate a vehicle.

Experience level: grade 8 (5+ years pharmaceutical/medical device experience) or grade 7 (12+ years).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with buy‑and‑bill or specialty pharmacy distribution modes.

Expertise working with payer reimbursement managers.

Background in biologic/rare disease/respiratory sales.

Experience selling in IDN systems.
