The Job As a valued member of our 25‑strong team, you will cover the Newport News VA market and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Call hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and continuing‑care campuses to connect with Social Workers, discharge planners, case managers, and administrative staff, promoting the sale of designated service lines.

Provide strategic solutions, explain our programs, readiness, and differentiators, earning trust and respect in a competitive landscape.

Create solid weekly plans, set up meetings with case management and leadership to reiterate our abilities and strengths.

Collaborate with branch or centralized operational teams, clinical staff, and internal sales team members to ensure an exceptional early consumer experience and efficient delivery of care.

Utilize the array of tools provided to promote our good name in the market.

Formal Requirements Rock‑solid sales background on a similar platform. Hospice, home care, home health, Assisted Living, etc. are all usually well‑aligned historically, but we ask for the ability to SELL, and sell well.
