Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers within customer organizations
Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in educational publishing or related industry
Familiarity with SalesForce/CRM technology and telecommuting software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across various departments
