Conduct full‑home inspections (attic to crawl space)

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Use a ladder safely within manufacturer’s weight capacity

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.

Wear PPE, including an OSHA‑compliant respirator when required
