Looking for an
Owners Rep/Project Manager
to work with an excellent West Palm Beach based real estate and advisory firm. This company takes the role of Owner Representative very seriously, working with clients to establish strategies, identify priorities, assign responsibilities, execute the work, and exceed expectations. They utilize their extensive experience to manage the development and construction process on the owner’s behalf so they can remain focused on the big picture. NOTE: This is a great opportunity for that successful construction Project Manager to make the switch to the Owner's Rep/ Developer side of the industry. This person will deal with owners, developers, lenders, and contractors and function as a PM for the owner side of the business. This is truly an excellent opportunity to work for a growing real estate firm with a long-term outlook. Requirements: 7+ years construction/ project management experience working for a reputable General Contractor 4-year Degree in construction management or related field is preferred Must have a great attitude and willingness to work within a team environment.
