Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Lead a frontline sales and service team in a fast-paced digital retail environment
Directly impact customer satisfaction, deal execution, and team performance
Play a key role in developing and mentoring agents through training and hands‑on support

What You’ll Do
Train and coach team members on:
Customer engagement and word tracks
F&I product presentation
CRM proposal structuring and deal presentation
Tax, DMV fee calculations, and lender submissions
Trade valuation, payoffs, and deal structuring
Loading deals into the DMS and managing digital deal jackets
Printing, sending, and overnighting contracts and DMV paperwork
Partner cross‑functionally with Sales Managers and Logistics Coordinators
Monitor CRM leads, desk logs, and daily activity plans
Ensure customers are greeted promptly and supported professionally
Resolve customer concerns quickly and assist agents through vehicle sales when needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
1–3 years of leadership experience in a metrics‑driven environment (BDC Management, Sales Trainer)
Prior sales experience highly preferred
Ability to motivate teams while maintaining operational accuracy
Full salary range: $50,000 – $75,000 annually
Anticipated starting range:
$50,000 – $65,000, based on experience and internal equity, plus operations bonus.
