Overview Spieldenner Financial Group is looking for our next business partner to help us revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our philosophy is to better our lives through bettering the lives of others through protection of families, personal and professional growth, and leadership training.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Setting Appointments: 6–8 hrs/week – Reach out to potential clients who previously requested coverage and schedule meetings to discuss mortgage protection coverage.

Research: 4–5 hrs/week – Dive into client‑provided information to customize coverage options for death or disability scenarios.

Meeting with Families: 2 days/week – Present options, discuss coverage details, and assist with applications (virtual or in‑person).

Administrative: 2 hrs/week – Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

Requirements

Entry‑level accepted. Coaching, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset.

Passion for people is a MUST.

Compensation This is a commission‑only sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. A full‑time agent is expected to sell 5–10 mortgage protection plans per week. Additional services include premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts from market loss. We provide extensive training, an uncapped commission structure, a competitive bonus program, and incentive trips based on individual and team results.
