Manage key client relationships and actively pursue new business throughout Iowa.
Support pricing, proposals, presentations, and strategic account planning.
Build market awareness and partnerships that fuel sustainable branch growth.
Team & Operational Management
Oversee day‑to‑day operations across sales, design, project management, and customer service.
Foster a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and client focus.
Run team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing development conversations.
Align branch strategy closely with the VP of Sales and company objectives.
Project Oversight & Client Experience
Ensure seamless project execution from concept through installation.
Support project management with schedules, budgets, and quality control.
Troubleshoot client concerns quickly and maintain strong post‑project relationships.
Maintain a polished, client‑ready showroom environment.
Financial Ownership
Track branch financials, forecasts, and expenses.
Provide timely sales and operational reporting to the Omaha leadership team.
Collaborate on budgeting and profitability targets to ensure healthy branch performance.
