Sales Coordinator, Medical Products

Support the Medical division of IPG Photonics with Sales functions, dashboard creation and tracking of KPIs as well as support of Marketing projects as needed. This position will be dynamic and require someone who is both detailed in analytics as well as flexible with the desire to support non‑Sales projects. This role will allow for exposure beyond a traditional Sales or Analyst position.
Responsibilities
Issue quotations, track order status, coordinate with production to oversee timely delivery of sales orders.
Partner closely with dedicated Corporate Sales Ops team members to track order processing, periodic sales reports, tracking sales, bookings, and other key metrics.
Follow up on customer inquiries, provide answers to customer questions, send additional information and collaterals via email/mail.
Facilitate online demonstrations and training of medical and industrial products.
Coordinate development and maintenance of marketing materials, including presentations, data sheets, and other marketing literature.
Support Marketing projects as needed, such as Social Media, promotion, advertising.
Qualifications Experience
1‑3 years’ experience in B2B business administration of medical and/or high‑technology industrial equipment.
Proficient with MS Office, ERP and CRM systems.
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant technical field.
Personal Requirements
Strong listening and customer service skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical, sales, and marketing information.
Sales and project management skills, with ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Attention to detail, with ability to consistently follow through autonomously.
