Responsibilities Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and recommend solutions to customers. Perform 360 inspections, build trusted relationships, and ensure customer confidence.

Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.

Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.

Serve as an empathetic problem‑solver for customers by utilizing in‑depth training to recommend the best innovative overall pest solution for each customer's needs.

Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads, supported by Orkin’s robust advertising budget.

Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes, explaining how Orkin’s products and services give them peace of mind.

Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home — training provided.

Make recommendations based on inspection and identified issues, addressing questions, explaining the process, and setting expectations.

Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

No experience required.

Valid driver’s license required.

Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

What will my work environment be like?

Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.

Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA‑compliant respirator.

Willing to work in different weather conditions.
