Consumer Direct Sales Specialist (Door-to-Door Sales)

We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Consumer Direct Sales Specialists. In this role, you’ll connect directly with residents in your assigned territory to introduce and sell high‑speed internet products and services. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in face‑to‑face interactions and enjoy building relationships while driving results.
What You’ll Do
Engage with potential customers in their homes to explain products and services
Plan your daily schedule and territory for maximum efficiency
Process orders on‑site, ensure service activation, and confirm billing accuracy
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
Meet and exceed sales targets using user‑friendly technology
Occasionally attend local events to expand your network and boost sales
Tools Provided
iPad/tablet, cellphone, and access to a company vehicle
Schedule & Training
Paid 5‑week training program: virtual and hands‑on field coaching
Travel for additional training covered if required
Qualifications
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
Compensation:
On Target Earnings (OTE) $70k-100k. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
