Job Description Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for open roles. This position is open to Veterans, transitioning military, National Guard and Reserve members, military spouses, wounded warriors, and their caregivers. Unless stated otherwise, the role is on‑site at the job location.

Custom Truck One Source provides specialized trucks and heavy equipment solutions across North America, delivering sales, rentals, aftermarket parts, service, customization, remanufacturing, financing, and asset disposal.

Summary The Region Sales Support Specialist performs duties related to profitable sales and customer retention while project a positive image of the company. The role directly supports the field sales team to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of products that meet customer needs profitably. The position supports the Region Account Manager team and reports to the Region Sales Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assign incoming leads to the appropriate reps/regions.

Review salesperson backlogs for accuracy and keep reps updated on completions, delays, and changes.

Work with reps to facilitate and populate monthly forecasts in SalesForce.com and report this to the RSM.

Maintain accurate project timelines through the build process and raise escalation when barriers are encountered.

Support the Account Manager in reviewing custom build quotes for accuracy prior to submission to the customer.

Collaborate with accounting to ensure revenue recognition is completed accurately.

Coordinate with logistics to dispatch sold trucks to customers using freight software for vehicle movement and customer pick‑ups.

Work with title to ensure documents are sent out timely, request title mockups, temporary tags, and other required paperwork.

Align with M3 coordinators to ensure all orders are completely placed and accurate.

Assist in gathering customer information to facilitate invoicing and title completion.

Support the Sales team in quote creation and modification to meet client RFQ requirements.

Support the Account Managers with qualifying assigned accounts and making inside sales calls.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Qualifications and Responsibilities

Associate degree or other relevant college degree plus proven aptitude for the role.

Non‑Degreed: 3–5 years proven experience in a similar role.

Extremely detail oriented and accurate.

Excellent organizational skills.

Effective communication with diverse groups.

Professionalism and ability to maintain it.

Meet deadlines and schedules in a fast‑paced environment through setting priorities.

Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation‑based communication skills.

Manage change effectively and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

People skills and genuine desire to service the client.

Positive attitude and willingness to maintain a professional demeanor with clients and team members.

Proficiency in the English language – bilingual capability not required but a plus.
