Rumble Boxing Montvale is a cutting-edge group fitness studio dedicated to transforming lives through innovative workout programs and a supportive community. We're seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team and fuel our studio's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly membership targets

Conduct engaging studio tours, showcasing our facilities and programs to potential members

Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to individual client needs

Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals

Implement effective follow-up systems to nurture leads and increase conversion rates

Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales, and account activity in our CRM system

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth

Participate in local events and networking opportunities to promote the studio

Contribute to the development of new membership packages and promotions

Requirements

3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or service industry

Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently

Resilient and able to handle objections professionally

Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus
