Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a high‑volume or scratch‑cooking concept

Strong leadership, training, coaching, and motivating a large back‑of‑house team

Experience managing kitchen operations for events and large parties

Proven ability to maintain consistency and pace in a busy kitchen of +6M (kitchen capacity)

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Preferred Background & Skills

Experience with Latin‑inspired cuisine or bold flavor profiles

Comfortable working closely with FOH managers to ensure smooth service

Experience with new restaurant opening a plus
