The anticipated rate for this position is $15.00 per hour, varying by location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Eligible Associates can enroll in the company’s 401k plan. Associates accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off per year (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays) and up to 64 hours of paid sick time per year.
Respectful schedules run from 6am to 10pm.

What You’ll Do
Provide a great experience for our customers.
Receive, inspect, and stock product.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Who You Are
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; adherence to attendance policy is required.
Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for the entire shift.
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IPP.
