Inspect apartments before move-outs to plan the work needed Handle light repairs, cleaning, and setup to make units move‑in ready Keep everything organized: keys, tools, supplies, and reports Prep welcome baskets and ensure new residents start off right Communicate with your team so units are turned quickly and correctly Who We’re Looking For:
Detail‑oriented and organized Handy with light maintenance (or eager to learn) Independent, reliable, and a good communicator Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required About Focus Property Management:
