Position: Maintenance Assistant
Pay: $18-$20 hourly
Schedule: Monday-Friday (10:30-7:00pm)
Location: Clarendale Arcadia, Phoenix, AZ (32nd & Camelback)

Base pay range $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Life Care Services is a premier provider of senior living in the nation. Our new Clarendale Arcadia location is at 32nd and Camelback and boasts stunning views of Camelback Mountain.

We are looking for someone with basic maintenance experience, that has a hospitality mindset, and who may be looking for training and development in their maintenance career.
What we are looking for
1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred
Have or be able to obtain a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
Have or be able to obtain a food handler's certificate
Have or be able to obtain an adult First aid/CPR certification
Have or be able to obtain documentation showing free from TB
