Our Service Advisors initiate automotive services and repairs by addressing customer concerns and recommending needed services and maintenance; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; selling ethically needed repairs and maintenance; and maintaining customer rapport and records.
The Service Advisor position has a strong focus on sales and customer service. Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment to ensure the ongoing growth of the business.
Job Requirements
Must have Service Advisor experience (dealership environment preferred)
Requires strong verbal and written communications skills
Required to be able to produce high sales levels while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
