Attract and retain customer relationships by extending a courteous greeting and providing accurate and timely customer service, including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, handling loan payments, dispensing cashier’s checks and bonds, and paying savings withdrawals within established guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction. Organize, balance, and proof cash daily to maintain accurate transaction processing. Identify payees and verify signatures and endorsements. Stay current on applicable banking regulations and security procedures to prevent fraud or other bank losses and to comply with regulatory requirements. Answer customer telephone inquiries and provide information in accordance with Nicolet policies. Assist with night depository duties, including logging bags, processing deposits, making change orders, issuing receipts, etc. Promote Nicolet products and services by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products to increase customer account relationships. Recommend corrective services to resolve customer complaints. Uphold Nicolet’s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of Nicolet. Understand and value diversity in the workplace and work successfully with others without regard to non‑job‑related classifications. High School diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of cash handling experience. Bilingual in English & Spanish. Benefits
