Shifts:
We offer 8 hour shifts for our CMA positions. Full‑time (30+ hours weekly) and part‑time (up to 29 hours weekly) positions are available.
Days: 6am-2:30 pm
Evenings: 2pm-10:30pm
Nights: 10pm-6:30am

team! The Life Services Coordinator -
Certified
Medical Aide is responsible for cultivating an environment that maximizes each resident’s independence. The coordinator delivers assistance with personal care, medications, social and recreational activities, meals, and other tasks to facilitate continued well‑being of residents.
Responsibilities
Provides services to tenants as assigned and as indicated on Resident Service Plans which may include grooming and dressing guidance, assistance with bathing, and medication reminders/assistance
Report any significant tenant changes to the nurse
Monitors for changes in tenant needs, preferences, and/or health status, and reports/documents any changes according to established procedures
Reviews the Staff 24‑Hour Communication log and corresponding Tenant Service Notes on a daily basis for information about changes in tenant service needs and/or health conditions
Prepare and serve meals/snacks, monitor food expiration dates and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Complete various housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and common spaces, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, making and changing bed linens, laundry services
Maintain activity calendar and engage tenants in activities such as spiritual, educational, games, music, and physical activities
Provide companionship
Works effectively with minimal supervision and in a team setting
Follows safety policies in performing care, assuring resident safety
Follows and upholds policies and procedures
Attends and participates in facility meetings and in‑service training programs as assigned
Follows infection control guidelinesObserves residents’ rights including, but not limited to, privacy, dignity, etc.
