Admissions Liaison – Encompass Health Base Pay Range:

$63,897.00/yr – $113,609.00/yr

About the Role As an Admissions Liaison at Encompass Health, you will coordinate an efficient and compassionate admission process for both inpatients and outpatients. Your responsibilities include handling referrals, validating information, facilitating scheduling and admission, and maintaining accurate patient listings in the hospital system.

Responsibilities

Coordinate an efficient admissions process for all patients.

Perform pre-certifications.

Assemble admissions consent packets.

Maintain accurate listing of all patients in the hospital.

Receive and verify referrals, gather essential information, and execute necessary procedures for scheduling and admission.

Contribute to the referral process and input statistical data into hospital systems.

Qualifications

One or more years in hospital admissions procedures, preferred.

Licensure as a clinician required.

Current CPR certification preferred.

CRRN preferred.

A strong understanding of multidisciplinary care levels and at least one year of clinical experience is advantageous.
