Job Summary This document specialist will report to the AVP of Document Management and will be responsible for processing loan documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures. The role collaborates with internal teams to organize, catalog, and maintain documents, supporting efficient workflows and timely retrieval when needed. The specialist must have a high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. The position also includes contributing toward identifying and recommending process improvements that positively impact document‑management operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) required
1+ years of experience in mortgage document management roles
1+ years of experience in mortgage servicing
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
Strong customer‑service skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Solid decision‑making skills with good judgment
Strong time‑management skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting
Results orientation and compliance orientation
Flexible, open to change, and quick learner
Collaborative work style
Self‑directed, proactive question‑asking, issue surfacing
Professional maturity and integrity, with the ability to protect confidential data

Range: $19.85 – $22.58 per hour
Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
