Responsibilities
Assist the business process outsourcing development teams in gathering and summarizing data to assist in client evaluation.
Accompany the sales team, as needed, to client sites.
Provide analysis and documentation of client requirements to give appropriate data to outsourcing project development and implementation teams for client(s).
Prepare work plans, document project scope, and review with client to ensure accuracy. Monitor project schedules to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Demonstrate system setup to clients before the system is finalized. Test and analyze system configuration against requirement documents during implementation and administration.
Monitor processes and resolve participant issues; escalate as appropriate.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five (5) years of equivalent experience in a related field such as healthcare, provider relations, or claims management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Effective in presenting and facilitating training or informational sessions.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage field visits, reporting, and provider support.
As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to prepare and deliver a short presentation on a topic of their choice to demonstrate communication and presentation skills.
Role Expectations
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in Georgia.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Harver Assessment Requirement: All candidates must complete the Harver Assessment to evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem‑solving capabilities.
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
To work effectively as a teleworker or hybrid position with Gainwell, employees must have a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload. Higher speeds are recommended for optimal performance.
