Outreach Specialist
to join their team in Denver, CO.
As an
Outreach Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in expanding reach within the community. Your primary responsibility will be to connect eligible seniors and their families with the PACE program, raising awareness of its benefits and fostering strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
Highlights:
Base salary plus uncapped commission
Internal growth opportunities within a mission-driven organization

Qualifications:
2+ years of community outreach or healthcare/medical sales experience (home health, hospice, SNF, acute rehab, medtech, medical insurance, or DME preferred)
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid, and how they impact patient eligibility and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Passion for serving the senior population and making a meaningful impact in the community
