Entry Level Sales Training Program – Fonroche Lighting America
Start: March 2026. Locations: Boise, Richmond, Cincinnati, Orlando, Philadelphia, Newark, Phoenix. Travel required. In‑office role when not traveling.

Responsibilities:
Engage and educate city officials, government agencies, and key decision‑makers through cold calls, emails, and networking.
Develop municipal partnerships, positioning Fonroche as their go‑to lighting solution.
Lead sales and project management from initial interest to project completion, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
Present and propose solutions that demonstrate the cost savings, reliability, and benefits of solar lighting.
Leverage data and CRM tools to maintain up‑to‑date records for forecasting, collaboration, and reporting.
Travel and connect face‑to‑face with government officials to develop strong, long‑term partnerships.
Qualifications:
Relationship‑builder, naturally connects with people and thrives in a role focused on trust and partnership development.
Dynamic and self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
Resilient and goal‑oriented, comfortable with cold outreach, driven to exceed sales targets.
Tech‑savvy and organized, capable of managing multiple projects, using CRM systems, and communicating technical solutions clearly.
Strategic thinker, adept at navigating public sector decision‑making and municipal sales cycles.

Excellent communication skills; confident engagement with city leaders, engineers, and decision‑makers.
Technical proficiency with CRM tools, e‑mail outreach, or Office 365.
Willingness to travel; in‑person meetings essential.
In‑office presence required when not traveling.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary plus strong commissions.
Paid training and onboarding: one‑month immersive program in Dallas/Fort Worth beginning July 14 th (expenses covered).
