Cook III, Frolik Kitchen & Cocktails – Hilton Motif Seattle
Hilton Motif Seattle is seeking a Cook III to join the team after the highly anticipated reopening of our signature venue, Frolik Kitchen & Cocktails.
Job Summary As a Cook III, you will prepare, maintain, and monitor quality control for hot food items, including meats, fish, and sauces, while ensuring timely service and adherence to cleanliness and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and monitor quality control for hot food items including meats, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings.
Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
Prepare guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
Inspect all food sent from the kitchen and ensure plates are clean and appetizing.
Practice correct food handling and storage procedures according to regulations.
Qualifications
2 years minimum line cook experience.
Knowledge and experience working on cold and hot stations.
Working knowledge of proper cooking temperatures for proteins.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hot line.
Previous hotel and fine-dining experience preferred.

Schedule Full-time. Shifts typically start around 2:00 pm; open availability to pick up additional shifts is required.
Payment $27.50–$28.00 hourly, based on applicable experience and location.
