PuroClean of Hendersonville is looking for a positive spokesperson to increase brand awareness & develop relationships. A PuroClean brand ambassador will develop and implement an annual marketing plan, which promotes services and develops a diverse customer base. Brand Ambassador will ensure the annual marketing plan is effectively executed, resulting in the achievement of annual sales revenue goals. You will lead the building of brand awareness, increasing new customers, and expanding diverse markets. The Brand Ambassador will ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. A PuroClean Brand Ambassador takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry. Develop and manage marketing tasks unique to the needs PuroClean and its customers and clients, planning of continuing education classes, hosting lunch and leans and building relationships with centers of influence. Identify create and execute annual marketing objectives in line with operating budget. Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms, conducting follow-up phone calls, and doing follow-up visits to ensure customers are satisfied Recruiting, training and coaching additional sales staff when applicable Building brand awareness, promoting the ‘One Team’ culture and having a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service. Qualifications

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Asking open ended questions and delivering the brand ‘message’. Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business. Excellent organizational skills. Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines. Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting. Company and Culture
