Position Overview We are hiring a Brand Ambassador for the Lucid studio.
The position offers 20–24 part‑time hours per week.
Schedule Overview Weekend Availability : Saturday and Sunday – 8‑hour shifts.
Weekday Availability : Evenings Monday–Friday, hours may vary. Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests, resolve general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
Capture lead information in Salesforce and ensure quality data entry.
Conduct customer assessments to understand budget, preferences, and timeline.
Recommend suitable vehicles and collect required customer information.
Refer high‑potential leads to Sales Specialists and direct guests to appropriate contacts.
Maintain deep knowledge of Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
Stimulate customer consideration by explaining features, specifications, and pricing of all models.
Provide backend operational support for order paperwork and clarify order/vehicle status.
Manage facilities: replenish food and beverage, report maintenance requests.
Support Studio Manager with the Retail Ops playbook (opening/closing checklist).
Ensure test drive and showcase vehicle readiness (cleaning, charging).
Assist with daily operations as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
Exceptional people skills; communication is key.
Experience delivering outstanding customer journeys in a retail, hospitality, or food‑service environment.
Patience and professionalism.
Comfortable operating in an ambiguous retail environment.
Passion for the EV industry and the Lucid brand.
Flexible availability, including extended holiday mall hours, holidays, and weekends.
Minimum age 18 and High School diploma or GED.
Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred.
Authorized to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship). Valid driver’s license with no recent suspensions.
Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods.
Successful completion of a drug test and background check where permitted by law.
Compensation Base Pay Range (hourly): $26 – $36 USD.
