Base pay range $15.00/hr - $19.00/hr
The Enrollment Administrative Specialists is responsible for modeling the appropriate image for the company, creating a welcoming environment for students, staff, parents, and visitors, and providing administrative assistance and general office support to the school. The Enrollment Administrative Specialists will also be responsible for assisting with student recruitment, conducting student/parent orientation sessions, processing required paperwork, and working with the Principal to ensure the school is meeting or exceeding the contractual enrollment goal.
Primary Responsibilities
Effectively supports Principal and promotes positive school culture.
Effectively performs all duties as assigned and necessary to help the school and company achieve enrollment, academic, and behavioral goals and objectives.
Accurately manages personnel and payroll processes for all staff.
Effectively manages enrollment.
Assists Principal in managing budget and school-based funds.
Performs all other duties as assigned in accordance with company policy and procedures to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
Job Requirements And Prerequisites
High school diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree preferred.
Must have a high degree of knowledge of general office and telephone equipment.
Must be computer literate with extensive experience with Microsoft operating systems, such as Windows XP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated computer literacy, and word‑processing abilities.
Bilingual in local area languages and customer service experience are preferred.
Understanding and prior use of the District’s MIS is a plus.
Previous experience in a school registration office and working with at‑risk youth is preferred.
