Position Requirements
Customer service experience
High school diploma or GED
Moderate typing ability
Strong phone etiquette
Working in a fast‑paced environment
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong time‑management skill
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with CRM software (especially ServiceTitan)
HVAC or plumbing industry experience
Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills
Experience in de‑escalation
Technology Used:
Microsoft Office

Position Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them accordingly.
Book service jobs utilizing scheduling software.
Outbound call to schedule appointments.
Maintain a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
Meet Key Performance Indicators to earn monthly incentives.
Deliver a 5‑star customer service experience to every client.
Perform other clerical duties as required.
