You will use your strategic customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of company services to build relationships with our customers. Pay Estimate: $40,000 - $60,000 a year with higher potential.

What You’ll Do
Provide positive energy and top‑notch customer service.
Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
Generate business by calling current and past customers.
Input information into move software to provide accurate moving estimates.
Make recommendations according to customer’s needs and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® best practices.
Obtain customer feedback through follow‑up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns.
Prepare move‑related paperwork and documents.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent customer service skills, sales, and problem‑solving.
Professional attitude, exceptional communication, organization, and time management.
Familiar with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new programs.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
A minimum of one year of inside sales or customer service is required. Outside sales and/or TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® or moving industry experience is preferred.
