WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL? Your role entails a Monday through Friday schedule, occasional Saturdays, and participation in an on-call rotation for emergency situations.
In the role of Residential Maintenance Technician, you'll engage in diverse responsibilities, including swift response to maintenance requests, meticulous preparation of units for occupancy, grounds and common area upkeep, and timely resolution of after-hours emergencies. Upholding safety standards and ensuring cleanliness will be integral components of your daily tasks.
ARE YOU OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE? We're looking for an Residential Maintenance Technician that can meet the following:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous maintenance experience
HVAC Certification is needed
